Starting from August 30, 2023 (UTC/GMT+03:00), China-bound travelers from Qatar are not required to take PCR or Antigen test of Covid-19, and are neither required to fill Covid-19 test results in the "People's Republic of China Exit/Entry Health Declaration Card".
